Customers who fail to pay rent within 10 days of the due date will incur a late fee as specified in the rental agreement.

Access to your storage unit is granted through a personal access code. Do not share your access code with others.
5. Liability
Storage Stockwell is not responsible for loss or damage to items stored, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
5.1 Insurance
We recommend that customers obtain their own insurance to cover personal property stored.
6. Termination of Agreement
- Notice: A 30-day written notice is required to terminate the storage agreement.
- Vacating: Failure to vacate the storage unit upon termination may result in additional fees.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Stockwell operates.
